Your shipments are always sent as a parcel

We send the parcels with UPS, DPD und GLS

The shipment is made by insured parcel service provider

We send some goods as Deutsche Post Großbrief. Howewer, the menthod of dispatch is at our discretion to ensure that the goods reach your chosen destination. Unless otherwise stated with the item, the average dilevery time is 2-4 working days within Germany.

If your desired item is not in stock, you will receive it in a free subsequent delivery.

We will inform you immediatley in case of delivery delays. In the event of non-availability of the odered goods, we reserve the right not do deliver and will inform you immediatley and refund any consideration already received without delay.

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. The one-time shipping costs per delivery are based on the item with the highest shipping costs, regardless of the order quantity. There are no service & packaging costs or handling fees.

For all items with the note "free shipping from 300.00 € gross value of goods" (parcel shipping), every delivery with the corresponding value of goods within Germany (mainland only) is free of charge!
